Directions to Patch Orchards

From I-89: Take Exit 17 off I-89, take a left off the ramp towards Lebanon. Go a half a mile and take your first left onto Laplant Road. Go one mile and take a left at the stop sign onto Meridan Road. Go a half a mile and take a left onto Churchill Way. At the top of the hill go through the old wooden gate and follow the road to the right up to the farmstand.
